Shipping policy

Timeframe:
- Your order will be shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse 1-3 business days after receipt.
- Shipping time varies depending on your location.
- Delivery to metropolitan parts of QLD and NSW usually takes 1-3 business days.
- For other states and non-metro locations, please allow up to 7 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive (delivery status can be tracked online once orders are placed).

Method:
- In most cases, goods are sent with our trusted courier partners, Couriers Please, Aramex or Star Track dependent upon your location and most competitive rate.
- In some cases (e.g. for remote areas), goods are sent with Australia Post or other options.
- To get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, we select the Authority to Leave option by default, so if you are not on site to accept your parcel, it will be left in a safe place on your property, out of the weather.
- If you would prefer for this option not to be selected, please make a note when you place your order or email hello@salonsnackco.com.au

- If your salon location has specific instructions related to location of shop front or access instructions, please include those in the comments when you place your order. We will share those details with the relevant deliver partner to assist them with an efficient delivery process.

International orders:
We're unable to ship outside of Australia right now - we're very sorry for any inconvenience this causes and are working towards establishing off shore distribution partners in the future.

Summer Online Orders: Please note, with summer comes challenging shipping conditions for our chocolate products. We try our best to manage deliveries over this period but cannot guarantee products will not be heat affected.
