These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Salon Snack Co website and purchases made from us.

Salon Snack Co is operated by The Nourishing Body Co Pty Ltd t/a Salon Snack Co (ABN 56 645 649 430).

Throughout these Terms, “Salon Snack Co”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Nourishing Body Co Pty Ltd t/a Salon Snack Co.

By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced on our website.

1. Our Online Store

Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

You must use our website and products lawfully and must not interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website.

We may refuse, restrict or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, an obvious pricing error or unauthorised activity.

2. Products

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, pack sizes, pricing and other information on our website are accurate and current.

From time to time, packaging, ingredients, product appearance or specifications may change.

Always refer to the information printed on the product packaging for the specific product you receive, particularly ingredient, allergen, storage and best-before information.

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Salon Snack Co products are food products and may contain or come into contact with allergens.

Ingredient, allergen and dietary information varies between products and is provided on the relevant product packaging and, where applicable, on our website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before consuming a product or providing it to another person.

You should not assume that a product is suitable for a particular allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement unless this is supported by the information provided with that specific product.

If you are unsure about the suitability of a product, please contact us before consuming or supplying it.

4. Providing Salon Snack Co Products to Other People

We understand that our customers may provide, serve, distribute or otherwise supply Salon Snack Co products to their own clients, staff, guests or other people.

If you provide a Salon Snack Co product to another person, you are responsible for handling and storing the product appropriately and ensuring that relevant product, ingredient and allergen information provided with the product is not removed, obscured or misrepresented.

You are responsible for any additional representations, recommendations or assurances you make to another person about our products that are inconsistent with, or go beyond, the information supplied by Salon Snack Co.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that Salon Snack Co has for its products where that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring the products, quantities, contact information and delivery details are correct.

An order is not considered accepted by us until it has been successfully processed.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@salonsnackco.com.au as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

We may cancel or adjust an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or website error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we'll refund the applicable amount.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency selected on our website and may change from time to time.

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.

Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions and may not always be used together unless we specifically state otherwise.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia and to New Zealand.

Dispatch times, estimated delivery times, carriers, Authority to Leave arrangements, New Zealand shipping and other delivery information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

8. Subscriptions

Selected Salon Snack Co products may be purchased on subscription.

By starting a subscription, you authorise recurring orders and payments according to the frequency and price displayed when you subscribe.

Subscriptions can be changed, paused or cancelled in accordance with our Subscription Terms.

9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Returns, refunds, replacements and issues with orders are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy or any other statement made by Salon Snack Co is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and current, but occasional errors may occur.

These may include errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges or delivery estimates.

Where an obvious error occurs, we may correct it and, where reasonably necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
