Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are designed to make keeping your salon snack drawer stocked one less thing to remember.
When you purchase an eligible Salon Snack Co product as a subscription, you authorise us to automatically create and charge future orders according to the delivery frequency you select.
Subscription Pricing
Eligible subscription products receive the subscription price or saving displayed on the product page when you subscribe.
Your applicable product price, delivery frequency and shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Automatic Payments
By starting a subscription, you authorise Salon Snack Co and our payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders.
You'll continue to be charged according to your selected frequency until your subscription is paused or cancelled.
Changing, Pausing or Cancelling
You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management options provided through your order emails.

Orders Already Processed
Changing, pausing or cancelling your subscription applies to future subscription orders.
If a recurring order has already been processed or dispatched before your subscription is changed, we may not be able to stop that order.
Contact us as quickly as possible and we'll always see what we can do.
Product Availability
Occasionally a subscription product may become temporarily unavailable.
If this happens, we may delay or skip an upcoming order rather than sending a substitute product without your approval. Where appropriate, we'll contact you about the available options.
Pricing Changes
Subscription prices, products and offers may change from time to time.
If a change materially affects an existing subscription, we'll provide reasonable notice where required before the new price applies.
Payment Problems
If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, our subscription or payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.
Your subscription order may be delayed until payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to our standard Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
